I have bought items for the SCR in separate transactions and then entered the receipt online and still went through.
Where are you getting 2 drfeeifnt rite aid coupons ($5 off $20 & $5 off $25). You can buy them separately just make sure to enter all of your receipts.
If you have 2 coupons you might as well buy 4. Using two coupons your total is come out the same $1.96 and you can submit for the scr.
Not sure if this will work, but there is a limit of 2 for the $3 Bic SCR.
