Seattle Area, I bought 2, used $2 Nov VV and $1 manufacture coupon from 2 weeks ago SS. 2 UPS printed for $2 each. I have not bought any tights this month. I did buy some leggings 2 weeks ago and got only $4 up then.
I did the deal both times and received $4 up and $2 up yesterday.
I think the limit is two $2 ups. B1g1 produces two $2 ups.
